📦 How much is shipping?

Shipping is free across Europe, with no minimum order.

🚚 How long is delivery?

Your order is shipped with tracking and typically arrives within 7-15 business days, depending on your country. You'll always receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

🔎 How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking link. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or contact us.

❄️ How does the 3-in-1 air cooler work?

Fill the 600 ML tank with cold water (add a few ice cubes for a stronger effect), switch it on and choose the fan speed and mist level. It works as a fan, air cooler and humidifier, and is powered via USB-C.

↩️ Can I return the product?

Yes! You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, as required by EU law. See our Shipping & Returns page for the procedure.
