Delivery time: 7-15 business days depending on the destination
Tracking: included with every order, you'll get the link by email when it ships

All orders are shipped with tracking. The times shown are estimates: during peak periods (sales, holidays) delivery may take a few extra days.

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to give a reason (EU Directive 2011/83).

The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging
The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return, to the same payment method

If the product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us straight away with a photo: we'll replace or refund it at no extra cost.
