  • Delivery times: 7-15 business days depending on destination

Times are estimates: during peak periods (sales, holidays) delivery may take a few extra days.

Returns and refunds

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase, no reason required (EU Directive 2011/83).

How to return

  1. Write to us via the Contact page with your order number
  2. We will send you instructions and the return address
  3. The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging
  4. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return, to the same payment method

If the product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us right away with a photo: we will replace it or refund you at no extra cost.
