These terms govern the sale of products on coolavro.shop, operated by Coolavro. By placing an order you accept these terms in full.

1. Prices & payment

All prices are shown at checkout, taxes included where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order via the available methods (cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal).

2. Orders

Your contract is confirmed by the order-confirmation email. We may refuse anomalous or suspicious orders.

3. Shipping & delivery

Free shipping worldwide. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days; delivery typically takes 7–15 business days with tracking. Estimated times may vary during peak periods or for customs reasons.

4. Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, as detailed in our Shipping & Returns page. Items must be intact and in their original packaging.

5. Warranty

Products are covered by the statutory legal warranty of conformity.

6. Governing law & contact
